Economic impact
Founded Arjay Farms in Margibi County in 2006, a 50-hectare commercial agricultural estate cultivating vegetables, cocoa, and rubber. Under her direction, the farm integrated solar-powered drip irrigation and became a regional training center for the Liberia National Farmers Union, training more than 500 women in horticultural techniques by 2023. Served as President of the Liberia Business Association from 2012 to 2014, advocating for credit lines for rural female farmers.
