Economic impact
Founded Coconut Grove Hotels in 1994, a hospitality brand that grew to five locations in Ghana, including the Coconut Grove Beach Resort in Elmina. Built Groupe Nduom into a financial and hospitality conglomerate: by 2018, the group's retail banking subsidiary GN Bank operated more than 300 branches across Ghana, representing one of the largest rural-branch networks in the country at that time, per Bank of Ghana published data. The group's affiliated entities also operated in insurance, media, and construction, providing employment across those sectors. Has consistently argued publicly for an indigenous Ghanaian ownership model in finance and manufacturing, framing broad-based ownership as the central precondition for durable economic development.
