Economic impact
Founded Shoreline Energy International in 1997, building it into a diversified energy, infrastructure, and engineering conglomerate. Shoreline Natural Resources, a joint venture with Heritage Oil, acquired a 45 percent interest in Oil Mining Lease (OML) 30 in the Niger Delta in 2012 for US$850 million; the block's peak production reached approximately 75,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, per Heritage Oil corporate filings. The group's subsidiaries also manufacture electrical cables (Shoreline Power) and execute civil engineering projects.
